I am originally from Upstate NY but traded in the snow for sunshine many, many years ago. I have two beautiful children, a daughter and son, both in grade school. We love playing games, taking walks and being silly. In my free time, I enjoy all things health and wellness - meditation, catching a class at Orange Theory, running, catching up with friends and if I am really in the zone - sitting on the beach contemplating life and my purpose!
